  • Build and run prompt strategies that probe large language models on topics like medical and legal advice.
  • Assess model responses as appropriate, inappropriate, refused, or carrying disclaimers, per client definitions.
  • Collaborate with teammates to build a shared understanding of responsible AI issues from model outputs.
  • Keep current on client policy changes and on generative AI shortcomings and regulatory developments.
  • Contribute to written standards for moderation and responsible AI oversight.

  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Comfort synthesizing information from multiple streams.
  • Deep familiarity with the internet, internet platforms and internet culture (preferred).
  • Cultural and political awareness of the relevant market and region (preferred).

Worth knowing

  • Exposure to objectionable, graphic, violent, sexual or otherwise disturbing content, including flashing lights and contrasting light and dark patterns.
  • Required participation in Accenture's Trust & Safety well-being support program.
  • Rotating shifts across a 7-day week, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
