Content moderation and responsible AI work for a client platform, reviewing user profiles, audio, video and text against client guidelines and investigating or escalating reported and system-flagged issues. The team acts as a line of defense for online content quality and safety, and also stress-tests generative AI models with adversarial prompts.

AI misuse and jailbreaks

What you'd do

Review, classify, or remove user profiles, audio, video and text according to client guidelines.
Take complex content cases that need deeper review and pass them up to the wider Trust and Safety group.
Track changes to client policies and guidelines and apply them to decisions.
Write and run prompt strategies to probe large language models on sensitive topics such as medical and legal advice.
Assess model responses for appropriateness, refusal, or disclaimers against client definitions.
Work with teammates to build a shared view of responsible AI issues from model outputs.
Contribute to draft best practices for content moderation and responsible AI governance.
