Trust and Safety content moderation and responsible AI work for platform clients, covering review of user profiles, audio, video and text, plus testing of large language models. The Trust & Safety team acts as a line of defense for online content quality and safety, handling reported and system-flagged issues.

What you'd do

Review, classify, or remove content under client guidelines using specified tools and channels.
Take complex content cases, work them through, and hand them up to the wider T&S team.
Build and run prompt strategies that probe large language models on topics like medical and legal advice.
Judge whether model answers are fine, problematic, declined, or hedged with disclaimers, per client criteria.
Keep up with changing client policies and generative AI shortcomings and regulatory developments.
Collaborate with team members to develop responsible AI findings and contribute to moderation best practices.
