• File quality problems through the usual channels, sorting them properly and explaining fixes
• Calibrate scoring and discuss recurring quality issues with the AI Performance & Enablement Manager

• Background in T&S, moderation, support or QA work, or transferable skills from similar settings
• Strong attention to detail for evaluating conversations and decisions against policy
• Familiarity with conversational AI, chatbots, automated moderation or AI-supported workflows
• Knowledge of labelling, calibration, consistent scoring and golden-set checks, or readiness to pick them up
• Comfort using QA platforms such as Cinder and Zendesk QA and internal assessment tooling
