What you'd do

• Investigate and act on member reports and proactive detections of harassment, threats, and non-consensual imagery.
• Offer close, trauma-informed care to members who have been through safety incidents.
• Review flagged accounts and content and decide next steps under policy and operational guidance.
• Own sensitive, time-critical cases from first review through to outcome.
• Escalate cases needing more expertise to Trust & Safety, Customer Experience, and Legal.
• Spot recurring issues and patterns and suggest workflow improvements.
• Check AI-supported tool outputs for accuracy, bias, privacy, and fairness before acting on them.

• Background in trust and safety, support work, crisis response, moderation, or other handling of sensitive safety issues.
• Comfort reviewing distressing content, including child exploitation, sexual or physical violence, and suicide and self-harm.
