What you'd do

• Set the direction and sequencing for Trust & Safety product work over time
• Work alongside engineering, data science, design, legal and operations to build systems that scale
• Define success metrics that balance safety, user experience and business impact
• Use qualitative insights, behavioral data and experimentation to inform product decisions
• Get teams aligned on how policies get enforced and how risk gets reduced

What it asks for

• Technical fluency working with engineering on complex systems, including infrastructure, ML models and risk systems
• Experience influencing stakeholders in legal, policy, operations and data science
• Experience in social media, marketplace, UGC or two-sided platforms (preferred)
• Experience with ML models for detection, ranking or classification (preferred)
