• Make instant decisions on time-critical live-stream escalations weighing imminence, danger, sensitivity and graphic content.
• Review videos, posts, comments, profiles and live streams against policy, workflow and SLA targets.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues within SLAs and tracked metrics.
• Add accurate metadata and tags to content items.
• Identify potential risks and escalate them to the relevant teams.
• Coordinate with internal partners to protect users during escalations.
• Answer process and policy questions from internal parties clearly.
