• Review livestreams, videos, posts, comments and profiles against policy and workflow targets.
• Make rapid decisions on imminent, dangerous and graphic live escalations within SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal partners to protect users in time-critical cases.
• Add accurate metadata and tags to content items and escalate potential risks.
• Answer process and policy questions from internal stakeholders.
• Help drive policy and process improvements within the ERO team.
• Complete regular refresher and new training on SOPs and policies.
