• Dig into complicated or escalated fraud cases spanning accounts, transactions, listings, buyers and sellers.
• Connect signals across accounts, devices, geographies and transaction history to find coordinated fraud and abuse.
• Review AI-generated case recommendations, decide edge cases and give feedback to improve models and rules.
• Carry out enforcement actions correctly and inside the required turnaround times.
• Pass fraud trends and recommendations along to Risk Operations and Enforcement teams.
• Identify detection gaps and contribute to calibration sessions and fraud pattern reviews.

What it asks for

• Hands-on use of fraud detection tools like SEON, Sardine or Sift, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for spotting patterns across accounts, geographies and transaction behavior.
• Clear, polished writing and strong investigation documentation.
• Comfort critically evaluating model recommendations in human-in-the-loop AI environments.
• SQL or BI tool knowledge (preferred).
