• Analyze large data sets to find patterns in bad actor account takeover and fraudulent account creation
• Turn recurring customer trends into attributes and static rules for the account creation pipeline
• Review bad actor account activity and build mechanisms to stop it
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that inform payment and abuse product owners
• Guide process changes across the account integrity teams
• Serve on on-call rotation weeks to respond to high severity events

What it asks for

• 4+ years of compliance, legal, governance, audit, risk, or loss prevention experience, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Prior work safeguarding sensitive data
• Experience with SQL and Excel
• 3+ years defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements (preferred)
• Professional auditing or similar risk or compliance credential (preferred)
