What you'd do

• Run end-to-end live content moderation delivery across assigned vendor partners, including SLA compliance for response time, accuracy and throughput.
• Set up vendor cadences such as partner huddles, weekly business reviews and monthly strategic planning.
• Watch real-time moderation queues and escalation paths, and fix bottlenecks, capacity gaps and quality drift.
• Own quality dashboards and scorecards across partner sites, and reduce reporting discrepancies.
• Lead root cause analysis on underperformance with vendor QA leads and propose fixes.
• Project-manage policy rollouts, upskilling and process changes across vendor partners.
• Run policy calibration sessions and check vendor QA teams' policy knowledge.

What it asks for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven record of running vendor operations at scale against quality and SLA metrics or BPO KPI targets.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with performance dashboards and reporting tools.
• Experience working across multiple countries and time zones, or leading large-scale transformation with sourcing or contracting exposure.
• Hands-on experience integrating Gen AI or LLM tools into operational workflows (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI evaluation metrics and AI safety or red-teaming concepts (preferred).
