• Identify operational and performance risks early and set mitigations within assigned sites or lines of business.
• Track budget adherence and account for vendor production, training and other expenses.
• Redesign site processes such as workforce management, floor management and workload prioritization.
• Present site performance and remediation plans to executive leadership.
