What you'd do
- Take improvement projects from scoping to rollout and close, setting plans, milestones and measures of success.
- Lead workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders and drive execution.
- Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts, and support transition of new processes into business as usual.
- Use operational data and root cause analysis to prioritize initiatives and build business cases.
- Lead readiness, UAT and training for new systems, processes and workflows, and run post-implementation reviews.

- At least three years in ops, project management, process improvement, transformation or a related field.
- Strong project management skills covering timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, driving outcomes without direct authority.
- Skilled at digging into root causes, reviewing processes, and doing detailed performance analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Sheets and the ability to build presentations and recommendations.
- Background running multi-site, BPO, outsourced, or partner-run operations (preferred).
- Experience with dashboards, MI/BI tools, and Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen methods (preferred).
