What you'd do

• Turn moderation policy and business needs into rules and strategies a model can execute.
• Monitor model metrics such as accuracy, recall, precision and false positive rate to find optimization opportunities.
• Investigate false positives, false negatives and edge cases, then suggest fixes grounded in data and strategy.
• Support model evaluation, Golden Set construction and strategy validation.
• Explore LLM, AI agent and workflow automation to speed up analysis, issue diagnosis and strategy work.
• Collaborate with Policy, Product, Engineering, ML and Operations on continuous model improvement.
