The role covers reviewing reported or system-flagged content against client guidelines and probing LLM responses on sensitive topics like medical and legal advice.

What you'd do

  • Escalate hard content cases and pass them along to the wider Trust and Safety group
  • Design and carry out prompt approaches that probe large language models on sensitive subjects
  • Judge model responses for appropriateness, refusals and appended disclaimers against client definitions
  • Collaborate with team members on responsible AI issues arising from model responses

What it asks for

  • Excellent comprehension, communication and Spanish skills
  • Strong coping, emotional resilience and stress-management skills
  • Ability to perform duties objectively, without personal bias, in line with client policies
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Comfort synthesizing information from multiple streams
  • Deep familiarity with responsible AI, internet platforms and internet culture (preferred)
  • Cultural and political awareness of the relevant market and region (preferred)

Worth knowing

  • Exposure to objectionable, disturbing, graphic, violent or sexual content, including flashing lights and adversarial AI scenarios
  • Required participation in Accenture's Trust & Safety well-being support program
  • Rotating schedule across a 7-day week, including morning, evening or night shifts
