What you'd do

Review videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads and social media profiles on a computer each day.
Rate content on how suitable it is for minors, how violent it is, how sexual it is and how transparent its political material is.
Apply the client's content policy and handling procedures consistently, catching subtle differences in meaning.
Enforce the client's terms of use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
Escalate through appropriate channels any issues that affect performance or required KPIs.
Follow security and confidentiality requirements tied to the work.

What it asks for

Over a year of prior work in operations within shared services or customer experience.
Completed high school or an equivalent credential.
Fluent reading, speaking and writing in English and Dutch.
Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
Empathy and cultural awareness of the political and social situations in the market and region supported.
