What you'd do

• Review videos, news stories, still images, political ads and social media profiles on a computer each day.
• Rate content for how suitable it is by age, how violent it is, its sexual content and political transparency.
• Apply the client's content policy and handling procedures consistently.
• Enforce the client's terms of use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
• Tell apart posts whose meaning shifts slightly in digital communication.
• Escalate policy or performance issues through appropriate channels to meet required KPIs.

What it asks for

• One year or more of prior operations work in shared services or customer experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Slovak, with the ability to read and speak both.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Cultural and political awareness of the market and region supported.

• Exposure to graphic and disturbing content, including child exploitation and abuse, animal torture, gang violence, murder and hate speech.
