  • Keep up to date with client policy changes and content moderation and responsible AI regulation.
  • Develop and run prompt strategies to probe large language models on medical, legal, and other sensitive topics.
  • Assess model responses for appropriateness, refusals, or appended disclaimers against client definitions.
  • Work with teammates to build a shared understanding of responsible AI issues from model outputs.
  • Help shape the team's best practices and guidelines for moderation and responsible AI governance.

What it asks for

  • Read and write clearly in English and Russian, with Russian at B2 or higher.
  • Handle stress and disturbing material with solid emotional resilience and coping skills.
  • Ability to perform duties objectively, without personal bias, in line with client policies.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort synthesizing information from multiple streams.
  • Think clearly and make sound calls under pressure.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI, internet platforms, and internet culture (preferred)

Worth knowing
