- Resolve unprecedented edge cases and drive policy cascades to partners.
- Lead or support training rollouts for policy and guideline changes, especially for BPO staff.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on market accuracy, error trends, and policy gaps using QA dashboards and calibration tools.
