• Investigate recurring quality issues with root cause analysis and turn patterns into feedback for operations teams.
• Give expert judgment on complex, ambiguous or high-risk cases and validate golden sets used as benchmarks.
• Lead calibration sessions to keep moderation teams consistent and work with BPO partners and policy teams.
• Handle unprecedented edge cases and drive policy cascades to partners.
• Lead or support training rollouts for policy and guideline changes, especially for BPO staff.

What it asks for

• Proven quality assurance experience in a trust and safety, compliance or high-volume operations setting.
• Strong root cause analysis skills and ability to spot trends and reduce error rates.
• Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and fluency in English.
• Skill with data visualization, QA and calibration tools, and reporting.
• Experience using AI to streamline workflows (preferred)
• Knowledge of Video Safety Operations policy (preferred)
