What you'd do

• Audit human moderation regularly against Trust & Safety standards, data protection rules and set targets for accuracy, RCA and appeal success.
• Run root cause analysis on quality issues, spot error patterns and turn findings into feedback for guideline and operations teams.
• Give expert rulings on complex, ambiguous or high-risk cases and validate golden sets used to benchmark enforcement.
• Lead calibration sessions to keep decisions consistent across moderation teams, including BPO partners.
• Manage unusual edge cases and make sure policy and guideline updates reach all internal and external partners.
• Lead or support training for policy changes, including for BPO staff, which takes about 20% of monthly output.
• Build weekly and monthly reports on market accuracy, error trends and policy gaps using QA dashboards and calibration tools.

What it asks for

• Proven quality assurance experience with analytical audits and performance tracking in a trust and safety, compliance or high-volume operations setting.
• Strong root cause analysis skills and ability to suggest process changes that cut error rates.
• Deep knowledge of content policies and SOPs, with sound judgment on escalated cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management, calibration facilitation and training delivery.
• Fluency in German and fluency in English as the primary working language.
• Fluency in data visualization, reporting and QA or calibration tools, with ability to use AI in workflows.
• Internal candidates must be at job level G3 or above.
