Trust & Safety content moderation and responsible AI work for Accenture's platform clients. The role reviews user profiles, audio, video and text, investigates and escalates reported or flagged issues, and tests large language models on sensitive topics such as medical and legal advice. What you'd do

Review, classify, remove or engage with content under client guidelines using specific tools and channels
Take complicated content cases through to resolution, then pass them up to the wider T&S team
Keep up with client policy changes and content moderation and responsible AI regulation
Build and run prompt strategies that probe large language models on medical, legal and other sensitive topics
Assess model responses for appropriateness, refusals and appended disclaimers against client definitions
Draft best practice material for moderation and responsible AI governance and policy
