Trust & Safety content moderation work for platform clients within Accenture's Trust and Safety offering, covering content moderation and responsible AI. The role analyzes and reviews user profiles, audio, video and text, and investigates, escalates or resolves issues reported by users or flagged by the system. It also includes leading a moderation team to meet client SLAs and KPIs.

What you'd do

Review user profiles, audio, video and text content for policy violations.
Investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by systems.
Test, evaluate and challenge AI systems and platforms, including generative AI, for integrity and safety.
Lead daily pre-shift and post-shift huddles on performance and process updates.
Give daily guidance to team members on managing their tasks.
Run monthly, quarterly and yearly performance reviews and set corrective or improvement plans.
Provide data for weekly and monthly business reviews and publish performance reports.

7 to 11 years of experience.
Excellent English comprehension, communication and writing skills.
Good judgment for weighing options and making calls under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and comfort synthesizing information from multiple streams.
Ability to apply client policies objectively, without personal bias.
Familiarity with the internet, internet platforms and internet culture (preferred).
