What you'd do

• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video and text content for the client platform.
• Investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Handle complex issues tied to potential lawsuits and manage litigation requests.
• Escalate workflow stoppages to client FTEs and track open bugs.
• Create and check quality evaluations and review questions escalated to the client.
• Support the Tier 2 ramp-up, review tickets and give feedback to peers.
• Serve as QA, trainer or subject matter expert as needed, and help update training materials.
