  • Escalate tricky content cases onward to the wider T&S team for resolution.
  • Track changes to client policies and guidelines and keep current on content moderation and responsible AI regulation.
  • Write prompts that probe large language models on sensitive topics such as medical and legal advice.
  • Assess model responses for appropriateness, refusals and appended disclaimers against client definitions.
  • Work with teammates to build a shared understanding of responsible AI issues from model responses.
  • Help shape content moderation and responsible AI best practices and governance guidance.

What it asks for

  • Any graduation degree.
  • One to three years of experience in content moderation or a related field.
  • Strong coping, emotional resilience and stress-management skills.
  • Excellent English comprehension, communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to apply client policies objectively without personal bias.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and decision-making.
  • Deep familiarity with the internet, internet platforms and internet culture (preferred).

Worth knowing

  • Exposure to objectionable, disturbing, graphic, violent or sexual content, including adversarial scenarios for AI systems.
  • Access to employer-provided well-being support and resources for this exposure.
