What you'd do

• Run detailed reviews and complex root cause analyses to check labeling accuracy and consistency.
• Audit labeling daily and send error analysis and feedback to the teams involved.
• Track quality against project KPIs and compile regular performance reports for SMEs and management.
• Spot trends, risks and gaps in processes or guidelines, and propose fixes to the Central Project Team.
• Pass policy updates to teams and route policy questions between internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead or join calibration meetings and policy briefings, and escalate RCAs through the relevant process.
• Moderate queues on TCS or Rock Appeal, and help onboarding training and SOPs and design training plans.
