• Review abuse claims and financial fraud reports carefully against policy.
• Handle legal requests including information requests, subpoenas and court orders.
• Deliver operations within SLA targets while keeping stakeholders satisfied.
• Work with Policy, Legal and Product teams so processes scale.
• Stay calm while handling disturbing material and charged escalations.
• Build familiarity with Cloudflare's technology and policies over time.
• Cover rotating weekend and off-hour shifts.

What it asks for

• Five-year-or-less track record, roughly three to five years, in anti-abuse or support escalations at an ISP or hosting provider.
• Practical grasp of DNS and the mechanics of how the Internet runs.
• Experience working with lawyers and legal teams on document production requests.
• Experience interacting with law enforcement individuals and agencies.
• Track record handling disturbing content and heated escalations without losing composure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience with notice and takedown legal considerations for hosted material (preferred).
