• Look into reported incidents to establish what happened, using fact-gathering, stakeholder interviews, and data review.
• Make fair and consistent decisions balancing driver rights with business expectations.
• Spot early warning signs, behavioral trends, and recurring violations before they escalate.
• Work with operations and delivery service partners to explain findings and agree on corrective steps.
• Monitor follow-through on corrective actions with partners.
• Build simple routines and mechanisms that prevent repeated incidents.
• Write summaries and recommendations for leaders and support escalations affecting safety or customer experience.
