What you'd do

• Manage all inbound and outbound investigations and bring internal theft, external theft, and fraud cases to closure.
• Conduct high value investigations and build working relationships with law enforcement.
• Review and audit inbound and outbound merchandise procedures, plus packaging and documentation quality.
• Run shortage and safety inspections and report findings to Asset Protection leadership.
• Identify short and shrink trends and propose solutions to reduce them.
• Set and enforce how employee ID badges are issued and who gets access to which areas.
• Secure the front entrance and screen employees, vendors, and guests as needed.
