• Validate and route complaint dispositions, often hundreds per week, into the live asset-recovery pipeline
• Decide whether each complaint becomes a freeze, takedown, recovery handoff, legal-process draft, victim notification or close
• Check AI outputs for false positives, merged syndicates and misclassified scam patterns before they propagate
• Enrich complaint selectors using more than forty commercial data-source integrations
• Hand off time-sensitive items to global teammates and keep the queue moving during EMEA hours
• Respond to complaint surges and live takedown events, and join a weekly on-call rotation for high-priority events
