• Lead trust and safety incident management and coordinate across functions during live escalations, mainly from LATAM and Brazil.

• Quickly and fully remove high-risk content during live incidents to limit the damage.
• Analyze large datasets and build dashboards that track risk and overall platform health.
• Prototype and scale scripts, automations and AI agents that reduce reliance on manual review.
• Run post-incident reviews to find root causes and feed lessons into playbooks, policies and tooling.
• Turn frontline signals into product, policy and detection improvements through stakeholder work.

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years in T&S, risk, escalations, crisis management or closely related operational risk work.
• Reading and writing proficiency in Portuguese.
• Strong data skills in SQL, Python or similar scripting languages.

• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of T&S challenges and global legal and regulatory frameworks for online safety and harm prevention.
• Experience in a technology or digital platform environment (preferred).
