• Turn safety policies into review guidelines, operational processes and product features with Product, Engineering, Algorithm and Moderation teams.
• Measure safety results using data and business input, and build the tracking methods to do so.
• Improve consistency and accuracy across human review and automated enforcement systems.
• Lead or support high-priority safety and risk mitigation projects for complex and emerging content problems.
