What you'd do

• Manage a worldwide team of policy implementation and communications staff, setting direction and monitoring OKR progress
• Architect and deliver Ads and Shopping policy implementation strategies across scams, elections and personalized ads
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of policy launches, consults and communications initiatives
• Design and optimize scalable business processes and systems for policy operations
• Shape policy roadmaps and roll out policy updates with Product, Engineering, Legal, PR and Public Policy
• Influence senior stakeholders without direct authority to align on high-stakes initiatives

• A bachelor's degree or practical experience in place of one
• Thirteen years working in analytics, cybersecurity, program management, strategy, anti-abuse, policy or adjacent fields
• 5 years of people management experience, including hiring, mentoring and retaining global talent
• Master's or PhD in a relevant field (preferred)
• Skill at managing stakeholders and influencing executives (preferred)
• Advanced AI fluency and experience leading teams building AI-native workflows (preferred)
• Understanding of misinformation, privacy, free expression, IP and online safety policy issues (preferred)
