• Develop, iterate, and maintain policies for age-appropriate content, balancing harm prevention against youth autonomy and expression.
• Bring outside expertise from external stakeholders into platform policy on youth safety and well-being.
• Work with enforcement, operations, and product to improve human and AI-driven moderation systems.
• Serve as the internal voice on youth safety and explain policy trade-offs to internal and external audiences.
