• Analyze operational output and key metric trends to find optimization opportunities.
• Lead process improvements to the resource planning mechanisms across scenarios and stakeholders.
• Manage capacity and delivery timelines, and build data models to simulate allocation scenarios.
• Work with cross-functional partners to improve capacity monitoring and reporting tools.

What it asks for

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as business analytics, economics, or statistics.
• Three or more years in data analysis, workforce resource management, or strategic planning.
• Strong data analysis skills with required proficiency in Excel.
• High attention to detail and ability to process large datasets.
• Ability to work well across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools (preferred).
• Experience in multinational or global environments (preferred).
