What you'd do

• Manage several moderation cases at once, owning each from ticket creation through QA and golden labeling
• Move between violation areas as priorities and abuse patterns shift
• Keep up with developing news events and let that context shape case handling
• Apply fast, accurate labels to user-generated content, weighing false positives against speed and urgency
• Hunt for undetected abuse using internal data, open-source intelligence and third parties
• Surface tooling bugs, feature limits and requests, and help refine moderation workflows
• Report on trends and data, and meet quality and throughput targets

What it asks for

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field
• 3+ years in content moderation, trust & safety or a similar field
• Familiarity with safety moderation workflows and proactive threat hunting (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and consistent policy application under time pressure
• Experience improving operational processes
• Comfort using data to inform decisions
• Ability to work with product, engineering and BPO workforces

Worth knowing

• Exposure to graphic and/or objectionable content
• Rotational on-call work at weekends
