Plans and runs deployment of Trust & Safety policies for TikTok's LIVE product across human and machine moderation systems in APAC. What you'd do

• Build end-to-end LIVE policy deployment plans, including roadmap, prioritization framework and resource allocation.
• Align Ops, Product, Algo and Data Science stakeholders on high-risk policy cascades across human and machine moderation.
• Improve pre-launch assessment, policy testing and training methods to speed up deployment and raise accuracy.
• Oversee policy implementation from development through deployment and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Work with Policy and Platform teams to customize tooling and add AI-driven efficiencies to LIVE policy management.
• Run data-driven experiments to validate policy initiatives and refine deployment approaches.

• 3+ years in policy operations, deployment, AI moderation, ops management, policy analysis, risk assessment or complex program management.
• Track record designing scalable processes and aligning diverse cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of how content moderation runs day to day and of tools that use AI to apply policy.
• Strong analytical skills balancing compliance, operational feasibility and user experience.
• Experience in Trust & Safety or content moderation, or at tech companies (preferred).
• Knowledge of the LIVE content ecosystem and business (preferred).
