What you'd do

• Support the Litigation and Safety team on matters of all sizes alongside internal and external lawyers.
• Manage case preparation, fact investigation, and witness contacts for disputes.
• Track case dates and information, and maintain tracker and database records.
• Organize and maintain litigation matter files and knowledge management resources.
• Take an active role in eDiscovery with the managing attorneys and the eDiscovery team.
• Gather and organize information from cross-functional partners to support litigation and regulatory responses.
• Build and manage playbooks, and project manage cross-functional and operational initiatives.

What it asks for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Eight years working as a paralegal, with substantial litigation work behind you.
• Strong hands-on skill with case databases, litigation software, and eDiscovery platforms.
• Excellent analytical, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Prior work inside a company's legal team, ideally at a tech firm (preferred).
• Compliance with professional requirements where applicable, such as Cal. B&P Code Sec. 6450 (preferred).
