• Champion reliability, scale-readiness, sound operations, and cost discipline in ML systems.
• Evaluate product trade-offs with teams and deliver solutions for integrity needs.
• Provide technical direction that shapes the wider ML community and mentor engineers.
• Upgrade the ML tech stack and raise organizational performance with leadership.
