• Run the investigations setup: reporting intake, case handling, escalation rules, and fixing issues afterward

• Set strategy and operating model for the global Integrity & Compliance program with the CCO and regional leaders
• Lead enterprise compliance risk assessments and monitoring, testing, and controls mapping
• Supervise compliance leaders and team members across enterprise, business conduct, controls, and investigations
• Handle compliance diligence on acquisitions and joint ventures, then help integrate compliance after closing

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Ten years of experience in public company compliance or adjacent corporate risk work
• Track record building or strengthening risk-based compliance programs across multiple countries
• Track record leading mixed-discipline teams or intricate workstreams spanning several risk areas
• Experience advising senior leaders and Board members at technology, media, platform, or consumer-facing companies (preferred)
• Familiarity with DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs (preferred)
