What you'd do

• Hire, coach, and develop a team of analysts and investigators, owning performance and career growth.
• Set the strategy and priorities for the highest-risk automated attack methods of operation.
• Set standards for investigations and MO write-ups, and track detection volume, speed, and precision.
• Work with Machine Learning, Engineering, and Product to turn team findings into automated upstream defenses and model or rule feedback.
• Run joint investigations and share signals with other Risk Mining verticals and partner risk teams.
• Keep the vertical's day-to-day running: aging tickets, SLAs, rule changes, SEV-2 cuts, and SOPs ready for audit.
• Be the senior owner for major incidents and executive-level escalations.
