Leads the centralized operational risk and internal controls function for Trust & Safety, covering enterprise, operational, third-party, regulatory and emerging risk across APAC, EMEA and the Americas. The team identifies, assesses and monitors how risk is managed and builds the controls and operating mechanisms to strengthen it.

What you'd do

• Define the function's strategy, operating model, governance and priorities, focusing on the most material risks.
• Lead and optimize a global risk and integrity organization across three regions and multiple leaders.
• Personally drive the most complex cross-functional issues requiring executive judgment or advocacy.
• Stand up capability in access abuse, AI risk, vendor risk, platform integrity, analytics and control reviews.
• Design and improve risk frameworks, policies, processes and controls across Trust & Safety.
• Turn shifts in outside regulation and the risk environment into changes to policy, controls and operations.

What it asks for

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, plus 5+ years in operational risk, compliance, audit, controls, cybersecurity, third-party risk or platform integrity.
• Substantial history leading regional or global teams that run through other managers across several countries.
• Track record of building or overhauling risk, controls, compliance or integrity functions in complex organizations.
• Strong skill presenting to executives and leading stakeholders.
• Experience in Trust & Safety, online platforms or similarly complex global environments (preferred).
• Working knowledge of GDPR, the Digital Services Act, the AI Act or similar regimes (preferred).
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP or CIA (preferred).
