Product Manager, Safety and Law Enforcement

Product management for Snapchat's safety, law enforcement and regulatory compliance product areas, aimed at improving safety on the platform and building trust with external stakeholders. The role sits on the Product team, which works across Core Growth, Content, Bitmoji, AR, AI and Emerging Products.

What you'd do

• Lay out the product direction and roadmap for safety, law enforcement and compliance work
• Hold ownership of targets and results for community safety and law enforcement compliance metrics
• Identify and size new opportunities to improve safety features using data insights, user research and design thinking
• Drive roadmaps end-to-end from planning and design through development and launch
• Work with cross-functional partners to interpret regulatory and compliance requirements and define solutions to meet them
• Write documentation and share insights and results across the company

What it asks for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Four years shipping products at a tech company, or a master's plus three years
• Experience with A/B testing and defining success metrics
• Domain experience in trust & safety, anti-abuse or regulatory compliance (preferred)
• Product management experience on a consumer product (preferred)
• Hands-on experience writing complex SQL and doing descriptive and predictive analytics (preferred)
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
