What you'd do

• Review, classify, remove or otherwise act on content under client guidelines using specified tools and channels.
• Investigate complex content issues and relay them to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Track changes to client policies and guidelines and apply them to decisions.
• Write and run prompt strategies that probe large language models on medical, legal and other sensitive topics.
• Assess model responses for appropriateness, refusals and disclaimers against client definitions.
• Work with teammates to build a shared understanding of responsible AI issues from model outputs.
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for moderation and responsible AI governance.
