• Build and iterate Golden Sets, curating long-tail, high-risk, and complex edge cases as ground truth.
• Run deep-dive analyses on high-risk, heavily debated cases to find misapplication patterns and risk trends.
• Turn macro policies into executable SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Run complex root cause analyses to check labeling accuracy and consistency.
• Track quality against project KPIs and report trends, risks, and process or guideline gaps.
• Partner with operations, algorithm, product, and global colleagues to strengthen human review and AI interception.
• Set up daily QA mechanisms and track data metrics for accuracy and efficiency.
