Sets and enforces quality standards for multilingual, multimodal data used in TikTok's content governance and in training and evaluating AI and large language models, covering both safety and non-safety domains. What you'd do

• Help design and revise data quality standards, judgment rules and acceptance criteria for LLM training and evaluation.
• Check data outputs against quality standards, flag problems and follow corrections through to completion.
• Resolve hard, unclear and edge-case items, then convert the decisions into rules and reference material others can reuse.
• Track quality metrics, find root causes and drive improvements in production processes.
• Coordinate with production, product, algorithm and policy teams to align on quality standards across the standard, production, acceptance and feedback loop.
