Content moderation for a social media client's apps, reviewing videos, news stories, pictures, political ads and profiles against the client's content policy. The work is scoring content for age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency, and enforcing the client's terms of use on reported abuse. The role sits in a vendor team serving the client's platform, with wellness support for exposure to disturbing material.

What you'd do

Review videos, news stories, still images, political ads and social media profiles all day on a computer.
Rate each item for how suitable it is for minors, how violent it is, how sexual it is and how transparent its political content is.
Apply the client's content policy and handling procedures consistently to each item.
Monitor user reports of abuse and enforce the client's terms of use.
Identify subtle differences in meaning in digital communication to make accurate enforcement calls.
Escalate performance-affecting issues through appropriate channels to meet required KPIs.
Take part in wellness coaching, wellness groups and reporting and training initiatives.
