What you'd do

• Manage global time-sensitive escalations and child endangerment incidents with imminence and risk in mind.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including law enforcement, on on- and off-platform risks.
• Conduct deep dive analyses and RCAs, and give written and verbal updates to xFn and LEO leadership.
• Build and document operational SOPs, process diagrams, and workflow improvements for CST reporting.
• Help test and roll out new enforcement mechanisms to support scaled operations.

• Experience reviewing or being exposed to sensitive content, with understanding of removal workflows and escalation management.
• Proven ability to make decisions independently and multitask in high-tempo, changing situations.

• Experience working in T&S (preferred).
