What you'd do

• Lead operational programs covering age-assurance review, teen protections, and high-risk content enforcement.
• Set up moderation quality programs covering review standards, QA checks and performance measures.
• Run root cause analyses on moderation outcomes, incidents and quality gaps, and turn findings into fixes.
• Refine playbooks, escalation paths, automation and methods for evaluating quality.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, Policy and Legal on AI-assisted moderation and workflow tools.
• Make sure operational processes in priority markets align with platform policy and regulatory reporting obligations.

What it asks for

• Bachelor's degree and proven experience in product operations, quality operations, content moderation operations, or Trust & Safety.
• Either hands-on experience or deep familiarity with youth safety, content governance, age assurance or high-risk enforcement.
• Working knowledge of regulations and industry practices on minor protection, youth safety and CSAM.
• Strong analytical skills using metrics and operational data to drive improvement.
• Strong program and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Hands-on experience in CSAM, teen safety, age assurance, or moderation quality (preferred).
