What you'd do
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions and posts to keep the community active and on-topic.
- Enforce community rules by taking down abusive, offensive or spammy content.
- Identify and flag sensitive concerns, customer complaints and potential crises to the appropriate teams.
- Track trends, frequently asked questions and common complaints to inform user experience improvements.
